This means guests get the best of both worlds as they can enjoy the luxury of a private villa with full access to the wider facilities. They'll also receive complimentary tickets to Wild Wadi Waterpark.

The spectacular redesign of Malakiya Villas represents the finest of Arabian splendour. The seven independent buildings are all inspired by Malakiya’s translation of royal, demonstrating contemporary décor with Arabian opulence and heritage. Located within the waterways of Madinat Jumeirah, you’ll feel a moving energy that is pulled from winding paths, swaying boats and pristine landscapes that surround the elegant villas.

The Two Bedroom Villas are set within a peaceful haven of lush gardens. Dana Villa references the strong roots of pearl diving in Dubai while Zahra Villa symbolises the diverse flora within the city.
Perfect for honeymooners or groups of up to six guests, they both feature a private plunge pool, two bathrooms with a jet shower, an ensuite Jacuzzi, powder room and a separate wardrobe. Sit back and relax in your indoor and outdoor spaces including a comfortable living area and impressive dining room, ideal for hosting an evening in. And if you require something during your stay? Our expertise, worldwide connections, and the way we do things with a relentless drive means whatever your travels needs are, we can make it happen for you whenever, however, wherever and every time.
Mahra, Tala, Ayla and Sama are the names of the Three Bedroom Villas onsite. Mahra’s décor was inspired by the golden dunes that surround Dubai and is a symbol of the elegance of young Arabian horses. Meanwhile Tala Villa offers a cool retreat much like the small palm tree that it is named after.
Ayla and Sama Villas, meaning moonlight and sky, nod to Dubai’s renowned literature and poetry and are inspired by starry desert nights.
Both villas are ideal for large groups and multigenerational families, sleeping up to seven adults or six adults and two children (11 years or younger). Each of the bedrooms features an en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom and balcony. The villas also includes a dining area, bar, kitchen and plunge pool.

Private breakfast at Malakiya Villas
This Arabian mini-city is located in Dubai’s centre and is home to four luxury Jumeirah hotels, Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem and Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf in which Malakiya Villas can be found.
Guests at all hotels have access to Madinat’s wide range of restaurants and bars where they can taste cuisine from around the world. One personal favourite is Pad Thai where an abra ride through the waterways is the only way to get to dinner on time.
And for things to do? Hit the shops with a mixture of market-style stands, souvenir gift shops and luxury fashion outlets. Water babies will love complimentary access to the Wild Wadi Waterpark and those with children should make the most of the excellent KiDS Club. Abra tours, yacht services and water sports are also available.
