With a key focus on wellness, Six Senses London is set to have a two-storey spa that will include a 20-metre indoor pool, relaxation rooms, fitness centre, an alchemy bar plus treatment rooms. There will also be a social and wellness space with a restaurant, central bar and lounge, and co-working area. It’s a great spot to collaborate and - come the weekend - relax.

Completing Jumeirah’s iconic ocean-themed trilogy, the new resort will sit alongside wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach hotel and the sailboat-inspired Burj Al Arab. Formerly The Surrey, Corinthia Hotels is set to take over the property that overlooks Central Park in 2023 after an extensive renovation. Comprising guestrooms, suites and 12 luxury residences, the hotel will be returned to its former glory, with some additional luxury modifications, in time for its 100th anniversary.

On the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street you’ll soon discover The St. Regis London. Taking over Mayfair’s Westbury Hotel, the brand are redeveloping the building with a 90-million-pound redevelopment that include the addition of an eighth floor. It’ll host 196 elegant rooms and suites, a signature restaurant, speakeasy jazz bar and spa.

Waldorf Astoria is opening its debut hotel in Seychelles in 2023. The 59-villa resort features private pools, six restaurants and bars, a kids’ club, an outdoor observatory, tennis courts and a marine conservation discovery centre. The resort also has its own airstrip so guests can fly in from Mahe 130km away.

Rosewood Rome
Located in the former headquarters of a national bank it will include three dining outlets plus a rooftop bar and terrace. Plus, the bank’s vaults will be turned into a Roman bathhouse and spa.
Bulgari Hotel Roma
With homage to the home of Bulgari and its greatest source of inspiration, the new hotel is just minutes from the Spanish Steps. Mostly suites, it will also open Il Ristorante curated by Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito.
Corinthia Rome
Continuing the brand’s tradition of restoring grand 19th century buildings, Corinthia Rome will occupy the former seat of the Central Bank of Italy on Parliament Square.
