This is glamping at its finest. 35 luxury-style tents are located in two camps; the Elephant Camp and the Rainforest Camp and all come complete with five-star amenities you’d find in normal hotel. All tents are of the same standard, offering additional beds according to how many are in your party. Single, twin, triple and family tents are available and all come fabulously decorated with an earthy feel, complete with wooden floors and personal touches that are sure to impress.

Family Tent

Perfect for a family of four with kids under the age of eight, this tent features a king-size and a roll-in bed. Expect hot and cold running water in the stunning en suite bathroom, a mosquito net in the entrance to protect guests from bug bites and electricity that powers the lights and fan.

Location

Elephant Hills Camp is situated in the Panom District in the Khao Sok National Park. Guests can reach the secluded location by private transfer from Phuket International Airport where a camp representative will pick up your party and travel three hours to the resort. Alternative routes are also available.

The resort offers a range of excursions and jungle tours, including nature walks and strolls to the local villages. Due to its secluded location, Elephant Hills Camp is ideal for those who are seeking adventure on a pit-stop to a major city such as Bangkok.

The semi-open air restaurant is perfect for viewing the evening sunset with an ice-cold pinã colada in hand. Internationals dishes are also served here and it is the perfect place for guests to get together and talk about the day’s adventures.

In your ele-phant

Elephant Hills Camp offers a unique experience with the phenomenal pachyderms, offering an interactive adventure that is both enjoyable and ethical. Riding on the backs of these creatures is banned at the resort for safety of the animals but guests can watch them bathe in a mud pool and then wash them clean with coconut fibres. After that, its feeding time. There’s nothing quite like interacting with Asia’s largest animal and Elephant Hills Camp ensures every guest gets the experience of a lifetime.

Make a splash

Elephant Hills Camp is located alongside the Sok River and is the perfect place to get stuck in to watersports. Canoeing is the highlight here, with guests also being able to take a dip in the outdoor pool to cool off from the Thai sunshine.
