You have an outdoor hot tub to take advantage of and just in case you need anything, the lodge comes fully equipped with an iPad where you can message your host who lives 150-metres away. Furnishings are contemporary with an heir of typical Swedish design to ensure your holiday here is a cosy and elegant one.

Logger’s Lodge is a wonderful oasis amongst the white snow of Sweden. Reachable after an hour and 30-minutes by car from Luleå Airport, this is the perfect place to leave the stresses of everyday life behind. Take a day trip to Storforsen Nature Reserve where you can walk alongside the rich riverside ecosystem or alternatively wander through the flora and fauna of neighbouring pine tree forests. Not only that, you can also ski, snowshoe and even relish sights of the Northern Lights which are all bookable through the lodge host.

With food freshly prepared by a gourmet chef, your taste buds are going to embark on a culinary journey here. Served directly to your table in the lodge, the menu changes with the season and locally sourced ingredients are used in every dish. Reindeer steaks, arctic char, locally foraged berries and wild mushrooms are all available to order as part of your meal which is sure to be an unforgettable one.

Even though you’re enjoying a secluded getaway, there’s still plenty to do here. Take five-minutes and unwind in The Spa at Logger’s Lodge. Found just 20-metres from the cabin, you have a wood-fired sauna, a shower and a relaxation room and you’re also able to book a therapist if you’re in need of muscle tension relief after a day of snowshoeing and hiking. Excursions to nature reserves, the Northern Lights and various forests are also able to be booked in advance.
